Plain Jane will elevate your site’s look and help lift conversions. If, within 14 days of purchase, you can show it hasn’t delivered on those two fronts, we’ll refund your full purchase price.

How it works:
1. Submit your request within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@openspaces.design with your order number.

2. Show us the data — send before/after screenshots (or a recording) of your storefront’s aesthetics and conversion metrics (e.g. Google Analytics, Shopify reports) demonstrating no improvement.

3. We’ll review and respond within 48 hours. If it’s clear Plain Jane hasn’t delivered as promised, we’ll process your refund—no questions asked.

About Standard License

Standard licenses are valid for one year after purchasing. License must be renewed after a year, and all new updates are free.

Each purchase comes with a license key.
1 License = 1 Shopify store.

If you decide not to use the theme anymore after a year, you don't have to renew your license. There is no automatic subscription charges.

About Extended License

Lifetime licenses do not have to be renewed yearly. All lifetime licenses also have free theme updates

What does 1-year license mean? What happens if I don't renew?

A 1-year license gives you access to support and updates for one year. If you don't renew, you wont be able to customize or receive updates for your theme.

How much do your themes cost?

Plain Jane Starter: $50

Plain Jane: $100 (1-year) | $300 (lifetime)

Plain Jane Interactive: $150 (1-year) | $350 (lifetime)

What included in the installation service?

Our installation service helps install the Shopify theme onto your account for you. This is not a full store setup.

Can I use 1 license for multiple Shopify stores?

No, each license is valid for one Shopify store. If you want to use it in multiple stores, you need to purchase another license.

Can I transfer my theme to another store later?

Yes, you can transfer your license to a different Shopify store by providing your license key and the new store URL to our support team.
